When to contact Support

Normally to arrange access to a project or higher status, you can simply ask another team member to give you access. 

Information on adding, deleting, or modifying Team Members can be found in this article here

In the case where all the Team Leaders (Lite Version) and Enterprise Administrators (Enterprise version) have left, you can arrange access via asking Support for assistance. 


Your information in Consultation Manager is highly confidential and for security reasons we require authorisation from a senior employee via a letter on your company's letterhead. 

Attached is a template of the necessary document we need to give access.
