Converting an existing Project Version to create a new Enterprise System
This is a free service. We can take one existing project and upgrade it to create a new Enterprise Version.
Note that we can only do this with one project so if you are considering moving to Enterprise we highly recommend you do this before ordering a second project. Please read below for an idea of the extra work you have to do cleaning up after moving a second Project into an Enterprise.
Converting an existing Project Version into an existing Enterprise System
Cost is $2500 plus GST. Both the Project and the Enterprise system will need to be taken offline for up to 24 hours to complete this task.
It's important to note that you may have a lot of cleanup work to do after the conversion. The process does not attempt to resolve duplicate entities such as team members, stakeholders and properties. It also doesn't resolve duplicate types such as event types, stakeholder and property groups and issue.
Once the conversion is finished you will need to do the following:
1. Merge all duplicate stakeholders and properties.
2. Resolve all duplicate types. For example you may have two event types called 'Phone call' so one of these should be deleted. To do this, all events allocated to one version of 'Phone Call' will need to be type have to be opened and reallocated to the correct type. Once they all have been reallocated you can delete the duplicate type.
3. This reallocation process will also need to be followed for all duplicate Team Members.
Note that if you have more than one Project to convert, we need to convert these one at a time. Once you have completed your cleanup work we will perform the next conversion.
