How to Identify EHQ Records in CM

When records are imported from Engagement HQ, they are marked as having a Channel called ‘BTT’ (Bang the Table) in Consultation Manager. A Channel is a custom field implemented to demonstrate when data is imported from other services and can be searched against like any other. For example:


To find a Stakeholder


To find an Event


It is also possible to identify specific types of EHQ records by searching against the corresponding Event Type, prefixed with BTT.


Note: These Event Types are created automatically when the Integration is set up and can be renamed once the integration is in place.
