I have locked my account...

If you have been met with the following error message, you have locked your account.


Consultation Manager will automatically redirect you to reset your password. Simply complete the username and email address field with your credentials and click “send”, remembering that this is case and space sensitive. 

Tip: The email address must match the one assigned to your Consultation Manager profile.  

But I don't know my username or the system is not recognising my email address?
