How do I build a multi-criteria search?

The multi-criteria search tool is a simple yet extremely powerful function that allows you to drill down on your events, stakeholders, properties or team members, and build detailed reports. Knowing how to use this tool properly will make you a CM pro in no-time.


For example, a report might need to be collated on a monthly basis that captures all interactions with stakeholders in the Business stakeholder group.


To execute this, simply begin your search by finding stakeholder where stakeholder group matches ‘business’. Then further refine the search by setting a specified event date range, add to the initial search by clicking the magnifying glass with the plus symbol.

Continue building the search until you are satisfied with the criteria. Once complete, you can always export the data or select one of CM’s reports.
